The Flanagan Lending group is powered by NEXA Mortgage. Laura Flanagan is a dedicated loan officer with over a decade of experience in the financial industry. Laura earned an MBA as well as a Masters of Science in Finance from The University of St. Thomas in 2016. Prior to that, Laura graduated with honors from the University of Houston earning a Bachelor in Finance in 2011.
Laura's commitment to her clients is honesty, transparency, speed, ease and comfort! When you go through the lending process with the Flanagan Lending group, you can rest assured you're in trusted hands!

NEXA Mortgage is created to service the loan industry a little differently. We support our branches and loan officers with a full-service in-house team which offers them the flexibility they need to best serve their territories and customers. Servicing the loan from beginning to end saves the borrower time, and you can trust that when we say we can fund a loan, we do it, and we do it with care.
That's because NEXA Mortgage is an independent, full-service residential mortgage banker. Assurance is Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac seller/servicer approved as well as Ginnie Mae issuer approved.
